Deep Tissue/Swedish Massage

Plastic cups can be used on specific areas of the body, in combination with traditional deep tissue techniques, to create decompression and increase blood flow to the tissues. Massage cupping can also be used to lift fascia, move deep inflammation to the skin's surface, and stimulate the lymphatic pathways as well as the parasympathetic nervous system.
**Rockblades
Rockblades are hand-held polished, surgical stainless steel tools, which are used for manipulation of the soft tissue as well as modulation of the nervous system. These tools can be used to create more glide between layers of fascia and muscle, as well as to capture fluid/inflammation and direct it towards the lymphatic pathways. These tools can also be used to signal the nervous system receptors located in the skin to reduce pain, down-regulate (relax), or up-regulate (increase awareness and control) in any area of the body.
